Session on Technical Documentation

The Firefox Club STES organized a session on ‘Technical Documentation’ on 25th July 2015 at Smt. Kashibai Navale College of Engineering, Pune. The speaker for the session was Priyanka Nag.

 

The main objective of the session was to introduce people to the various career opportunities involved with being a technical writer. Technical Documentation is one such field which requires more knowledge about a particular product for which it is to be done and thus a writer should emphasize more on understanding every detailed aspects of the product environment and functionality. Priyanka was very wonderful in exploring the scope of this domain and thus the participants were able to uncover the various opportunities which can be related with Technical Documentation.

At the end of this session, the participants were asked to write few assignments which were later reviewed by the speaker.

The volunteers were the ones who made this event a success and a vote of Thanks was extended to the event’s speaker Priyanka for such an awesome session.
